I like and listen to damned near anything. The majority of my music collection is either metal or classical.

Easier to list what I don't like. For some reason I can't get into regge.

I know, that's madness. There's nothing better than sitting listening to "Don't Worry, Be Happy" when you're feeling down.

I like a huge range of music. I'll just name a few; Michael Grey, Shy fx, Rage Against the Machine, 2Pac, Avril Lavigne, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Cheifs, Basement Jaxx, BonJovi, Sway, Cascada, Coldplay, Delta Goodrem, KT Tunstall, Dido, Dizzee Rascal, Green Day, Kasabian, Kelly Klarkson, Katie Melua, Lady Sovereign, Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Limp Bizkit...I could go on (with a SonicStage library with 2150+ songs:p) but it's past my bedtime.

The bands that I truly stand by and like are : KMFDM, leVel , Celldweller, Emilie Autumn, The birthday Massacre, In Winter, Trading Yesterday, Mushroomhead and Chamber Of Sorrows.

Though, other bands I would assume are more familiar to you guys are: Depeche Mode, Linkin Park <-- everything up to their new CD, Nightwish and Portishead.

I listen to everything. There's only the occasional band that I'll listen to that I generally don't like (My Chemical Romance), but even then there can be a good song (The Ghost of You video) buried. I don't dislike bands because of a genre, but based on originality and skill.

That's why my current favourite band right now is Pink Floyd. Who cares if they're not new?

For me it's all about the Buckethead. Mostly what I listen to at all anymore.
Buncha Zappa and oldschool metal too. This week was a good one, I got Buckethead's new release Acoustic Shards.. it's smokin. If you like guitar gods (aka "shred") and you haven't yet checked out the bucketheaded one do yaself a favum and have a looksee. There's tons of stuff over at utoob. Be warned tho.. it's a feverish addiction, with more than 54 albums since 92-ish new fans have a LOT of catching up to do. More prolific even than Frank Zappa was... and that's really saying something.

      smooches,

Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree make up the majority of what I listen to.

There's also Pink Floyd, Ozric Tentacles, David Bowie, Nick Drake, Genesis, Khonnor, The Mars Volta, Sigur Ròs, The Verve, and various electronica artists.

I'm mainly into metal and a little bit of classic rock. There are way too many bands to name here so I'll just name a few. Acid Bath, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian (from Nightfall in Middle Earth to Twist in the Myth) Nightwish, Clutch, System of A Down, Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, Mindless Self Indulgence, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Marilyn Manson...them are the ones right off the top of my head.
