Don't you dare group Prog with psychedelic rock! lol

They should be kept at long distances away from each other.

I wasn't really grouping them, kind of listing them at once.
I still think they are sometimes related

And Carôusoul, Disco Volante is great so I think I will check them out

Cool Blackren I like Nightwish too! I'm glad that there's a symphonic band out there without all that death screaming you usually get. My four other favourite bands are Disturbed, Linkin Park, Tenacious D, Metallica (older stuff) and Three Day's Grace. So I'm into sort of hard rock/metal but not thrash or speed. I also really like trance/rave but I don't listen to it anymore solely because I can't find any more of it! Along those lines though my fave techno group was Scooter... sue me but their music's like an eargasm to listen to first time but after about a hundred it get's boring. Oh, how I long for controlled amnesia .

I'm also a fan of Nightwish, though, not so much after Tarja left. I think it was a good call but it isn't the same. I like more of the industrial music.

      KMFDM
      The Birthday Massacre
      Emilie Autumn
      Angelspit.
      The age of information
      Celldweller
      Portishead

      Just to name a few

I listen to metal mostly, and sometimes a bit of jazz and rock. My favorite types of metal and rock are prog

I'm pretty much fond of any genres except most country.

I listen to a lot of Tool music.
      Faith No More
      Del Tha Funky Homosapien.
And if I had wheels, I'd be a wagon.

      The Weepies

There is a hint of country in the female singer's voice, though the music is...well yeah.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
