I'm an avid watcher of Oz, and I find a character Augustus Hill very likable.

      Dwight is hysterical.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

Well, Jon Stewart isn't really a character in that sence. He doesn't play a "part", anyway. Even thought Stephen uses his own name, he is playing a character on The Report.

and dwight schrute is pretty much hilarious, as is Andy Bernard (apperently, the only TV show I watch is the office.)
