There are people actually depressed because they gotta live in this shithole called Earth instead of living on the Avatar planet. Haha i guess they never saw the documentary "Planet earth". Earth is anything BUT a shithole.

I thought the visuals were great, but the story was very boring. I want to see it again in Imax just for the visuals. Otherwise I couldn't really care less.

Yeah, best picture was a 50/50 but I honestly think James Cameron deserved best director, after finding out more about what he did to make that movie I was sure he would win. At least it went to someone new to the scene. I missed a lot, did it win anything other than cinematographer?

Another thing, I think Ben Stiller really overplayed the Avatar thing. Iran it almost felt like a slight mockery of the whole concept. Unintentionally, of course, but still...

Ya I saw some of those and I don't get what the big deal is cause I like the world just fine. And as to the shithole part some parts of the world can be sure I've lived in some but you can always leave them.

I loved watching Avatar in 3-D. But since Clash of The Titans is going to be in 3-D, I'm thinking I'm going to be liking that even better than Avatar.

It's hard to say though, can't tell much about it from the trailer, but the style of it looks totally bad ass. We'll have to see. Can't wait for April.

A great 3-D movie that got mostly over looked was, believe it or not, A Christmas Carol. There were some flying scenes in that movie that were far more Lucid Dream like than anything in Avatar, or any other 3-D movie I've seen yet.

Do You have the Avatar blues? Ha, one good Lucid Dream and these people would forget all about their Avatar blues.

I definitely didn't get Avatar blues after watching this movie. I'd be one of the guys in the tractor mowing all of that spiritual shit DOWN.

Isn't this movie dead by now. I mean, sure. It was awsome, but aren't there others just as I great. I need to move along, y'know.

Lulz. I was actually rooting for the villains just because I like machines more than organic things.

^No matter how many times you call the sky blue, it's still blue.

...Unless of course it's either overcast, nighttime or sunrise/set, but the above analogy tends to overlook that fact.

So, who rushed out and bought the DVD already?

I'm getting it sometime today. I like to do those song/movie clip compilations sometimes just for something to do (I.e. I did one for 300 with the song All Nightmare Long by Metallica) and I'm planning on making one for Avatar.

I got the BluRay and watched it again. Around the point where you no longer see all the pretty forests but simply Jake falling off space horses, I started skipping in the movie, which is usually a subconscious sign that I'm bored. This movie was more amazing the first time I saw it, especially since that was in a cinema
