It's about fucking time. Two major culprits of the mortgage bubble are being brought to court by the government for their criminal action against the USA. They are partially responsible for the financial crisis that we are currently in.

In my opinion, this is the government trying to save face in light of the Occupy and Tea Party movements. They are still letting major blame-holders Citigroup and Goldman Sachs as well other walk away, but at least they are making an example out of somebody. CEOs in the USA will have a long hard think before purposely defrauding the stockholders and the people of the USA which [very few people disagree] currently control the government. I consider these people traitors and treasonous, if it were up to me, they would be burned at the stake. This is the USA though, I know that the USA caters to those with money, I still have the gut feeling these assholes will walk away too.
They will eventually find justice' all of them. History will judge them by their action towards humanity, not the size of their bank accounts.
