It sounds like that's probably true, but I do also agree that it would be much better if he simply asked politely, instead of adopting that kind of combative attitude from the off that just made everybody think he might be dangerous. It makes it look like he wanted to manufacture a scene, rather than making an earnest, measured request for answers. |

The arrogance of the woman who worked for Johnson really pissed me off. But it was obvious they had no answer for it and as such had to resort to flexing their corporate muscle. Pretty sad. |
