Damn, should I read these? Or do I need some downtime first? But how will I know if I don't read them? FUck |

157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

I read only some - now you looked into it - I might go on reading - what do you think, StonedApe? |

Well I only read a little of the first article so far, but there's definitely some good info here. When I practice music I can only practice for so long before I have to take a break. And if what I'm working on is something that requires me to think I find it's best to just practice for 5-10 minutes and take a short break. If it's just scales or something that is mostly muscle memory I can usually work for longer, but still breaks are really important. |
