I saw this a while back and I thought it might help some of you that have difficulty understanding a universe with more than 3 dimensions(and you might learn to appreciate welding too). But, then again..... |

I usually use the method of limiting ourself to the second dimension and thinking about the possiblities. That is " I consider what will happen if we are living in a two dimensional world. Instead of this universe we will have a flat paper. Then we can think about the next dimension. 8) |

If there is a 4th dimension...could there be a 5th? |

Four? Five? Ten? Eleven? |

I find that stuff pretty interesting. From my background in math and physics, I've only had the chance to work on hyper space stuff a little bit. One of the more interesting things I've studied is the way space and time come together in Relativity. |

There's a certain scifi book I've read when I was a kid. "Flatland", I believe it was called. A very interesting read. If you ever read it once, you'll never again have any difficulty whatsoever understanding a 4-dimensional world. |

The book Flatland was mentioned in another book I once read about hyperspace. So when I saw Flatland in a bookstore I couldn't resist buying it. Really interesting stuff, and I agree: |

Man I wish I could fully understand this stuff. Seems extremely interesting , I just don't have the pure brain power to grasp it. And I have not finished school yet either hopefully one day it will snap and make more sense to me. |

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

I found that this diagram to show things that are relative such as consciousness, matter and such to be easier to put into perspective for me. |
