Intelligent people who happen to disagree with me are one thing. Like Universal Mind, for instance, who I have a certain amount of respect for. I think he's completely and utterly wrong, but, he's intelligent and (usually) presents a good argument, in good faith, an his position isn't a priori completely stupid.

People who are completely and obviously wrong, and whose position is totally ludicrous and absolutely illogical and unsupportable, such as I believe your own on religious matters is, Keeper, I'm also fine with, as long as they argue (even if it is uneducatedly) in good faith and with a sense of civility. Plus, if they're active on other parts of the forum and participate productively in LD and dream-related discussion, and are a productive and WELCOME, WANTED member of the community (regardless of their off-topic viewpoint) such as you most certainly are, Keeper, this is a bonus.

But people who are simply idiotic, abusive, uncivil, arrogant and self-righteous and don't contribute productively whatsoever to the forums, I just don't have time for. Such as Nails/Hominus/Whoever-the-f%$&-he-is. The problem isn't with anyones views (Hominus/Nails agrees with me for the most part over religious matters) but with the manner that they conduct themselves.

I mean, it's none of my business what happens with members such as hominus. The mods and admins run this forum, and they do a good job, and I'm sure whatever they do or don't do, they have very good reasons. All I'm saying is that as far as I'm concerned, I'm just not at all interested in Nails/Hominus, whether he agrees with my views or not - I consider him a troll, and if I can figure out a way to ignore him using the sparkly new forum software, I will.
