And even if Saddam did not have WMDs, all the proof was there to say he did. I personally think he sold it or moved it out of the country.

And he had been defying the U.N. for years, since before I was born. That's enough to go after him by itself, even if the U.N. is becoming corruptish.

You should be able to accept that, even the most ardent pro-Bush people can see that, people who support the war accept that.

Saddam also created a Western-style legal system, making Iraq the only country in the Persian Gulf region not ruled according to traditional Islamic law (Sharia). Saddam abolished the Sharia law courts, except for personal injury claims.

This sounds to me like a secualr leader, abandoning traditonal Islamic governing. A major cause of unrest among Iraqi fundemtnalists.
