You have not even learned English in Libya yet. |

When I was bored one day I decided to learn how to read Russian. I can't pronounce every letter and I usually have no idea what it means, but I can usually speak a Russian sentence when I read one. Intrueging language indeed. |

I can't offer any advice but, damn, a beautiful woman speaking Russian is sexy beyond words |

This site and it's forum are absolute wonders to anyone who is trying to learn a new language http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/e/index.html . Russian is definately not an easy language though (*glares in awe at the case system *), so go forward with it only if your totally dedicated. The "weekend" language learner approach simply doesn't work... |

The Cyrillic alphabet was developed by two monks named Cyrill and Methodius and was based largely off of the Greek alphabet (if I remember correctly), so some of the letters are similar. |
