      Important things to do

I got the inspiration to ask this question since I found this site and found a whole new world opened up that I never knew existed. Lucid dreaming and all the mental control involved with it intrigues me. Now that I know about lucid dreaming, I consider it something everyone should at least attempt at some point in their lives as a means of finding something interesting about themselves or just having fun while sleeping.

What is else do you think is a significant thing for everyone to pursue at some point in their lives? Even better, if you know of a link to a site containing a list of such activities, please post it here. If nothing of this sort exists, I would be very interested in creating a site detailing the same.
I apologize if a similar post has been made before.

Thanks for the suggestions. Those are definitely things most Americans don't do; I'll definitely try those. (I took latin my first two years of high school but I haven't had the time more recently. Hopefully in college I'll take a language that is actually spoken somewhere.)

Wow do i feel accomplished!!! I have learned (At least to a point) 3 languages plus english(German, Spanish, and Japanese. Next year I'll learn some Latin.) And I know alot about other religions. I can play French horn, Every percussion instrument, and piano(I know its a percussion instrument, but i don't count it there.)
