He's gay. Lol. I heard it right away after the first word he left his mouth. To me it's always been a mystery how all gay people all over the world talk the same way. How is this possible? Also their bodylanguage is the exact same thing... it amazes me. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

so I stopped watching the video and looked up her writings instead, worth a read

definitely I think even the philosophy of thinking of the earth as living is beneficial and never not beneficial. if we see ourselves as part of a larger organism - the organism Earth - then we understand we can't act like a 'cancer'. We can't continue our self destructive behaviors.

I finished watching the whole vid. It was looong but definatly worth it. She tells really interesting stuff, I especially liked the metaphor she used with the keyboard. And I agree with everything she says. Don't let the the guy with the bad haircut scare you off :p

I'm going to be honest though, I'm not as optimistic as her. Maybe it's better that way, she can just happily believe the next generation will come together. I see two possible roads, each equally possible. Honestly, only time will tell, I'm not looking forward to the Earth in popcorn mode though.

I have something else I want to say, that is about Elisabet what's-her-name, and not the creepy host.

I think it is completely possible to merge awareness. In other words, people, even an entire planet, could reach singular awareness. Not through cybernetic assimilation, but through love.

I'm probably going to be called crazy for saying this, but when two people love each other unconditionally, overtime their consciousnesses begin to merge. I haven't experienced this, but I do believe it's true. It doesn't mean they see themselves as one person necessarily, it means that their intentions goals, interests, sufferings and elations become shared. Their karma is merged.

An entire planet would take eons to reach this kind of love imo but with the world in such a dramatic time coming up people should begin to see the needs of others above their own, seeing the sanctity of their planet over their own.

another completely off topic post by me! some people say that karma is naturally merged between male and female in sexual intercourse. thus, you should never have intercourse with someone you don't love, otherwise you will bear the karma of this person you don't really care about
