Awesome. Sounds like you have an interesting life. More interesting than mine. Good luck with your exams. Let me know how the concert goes. I haven't been to one for ages. Just no good live bands around my area or I can't find them. I've always had a soft spot for tennis and golf I don't think they are wimpy sports. By the way I am especially interested in hearing about your experiences in your philosophy club.

My dream recall seems to remain around average if I'm not paying attention. If I am it doubles in quality. I don't know how far I can push it my energy and most of my attention is always used up with other things.

This is the article I was talking about that recently got my attention. The reason why it got my attention was because of the connection to sacred geometry in the crop circles I have seen which seemed to be created by these things. The interesting thing is how the energy comes from and how it manifests. Here is a small intro except of the article to introduce the subject. I do not want to type it all out at once without involving my DV friends.

Across the world people are photographing something strange. Something that is happening at the speed of light, something which, even as you read these words may be happening right next to you. This is the phenomenon known as 'orbs'.

The fact that hundreds, if not thousands, of people have photographed orbs is for many the evidence that another reality is impinging on our own. And although you may not be able to see it at first, you may certainly be able to photograph it, as we see others have done.

Over the past few years there has been a veritable upsurge of interest in orbs. They have been repeatable photographed by paranormal investigators and psychics as well as by hundreds pf ordinary unbiased people everywhere.
Orbs have even obligingly appeared for TV cameras of popular "ghost hunting" programs.

Today you only have to key in the word 'orb' in google and you'll find a plenthora of websites on the subject. There are books about orbs. conferences about orbs- and lost of theories about orbs.

Uninformed sceptics are usually quick to write them off as dust, moisture or digital anomalies. But those who are actually photographing and researching this subject see other possibilities. Plasma concentrations-spirit manifestations-telluric energies, faeries, divas, and even alien entities!

What are orbs?

'Orbo-graphically' speaking, over the past few years a new world of 'orbology' has muchroomed into being! They have even filtered down into mainstream media.-Just take notice of all the orb-like images now appearing on adverts and in films. There us little doubt that a mysterious world wide photographable phenomenon is taking place but the question remains: What exactly are orbs?

orbs are not ONLY a photographic phenomenon. people have seen orbs with their own physical eyes, whirling or zooming about. when orbs are seen there is some paranormal experience involved, be it aliens or ghosts or angels or whatever. orbs seem ever present.

but orbs are also a huge photographic phenomenon. im not entirely convinced the orbs being seen by people in their paranormal experiences are the same as the orbs being photographed. a lot of the orbs in my opinion that are being photographed just look like dust or smudges.

A good 18 years ago, I was watching a program about ghosts. and I guess the term orbs wasn't around yet. instead the program used the term 'white lights' and claimed, that these 'white lights' were a common experience in ghost phenomenon. I was just a kid then but I remembered it because it was true to my experience that I had, BEFORE watching the program

the first time I saw a ghost, it was floating down in my hallway. I quickly turn around in disbelief and trying to pretend I didnt just see what I did (I was flipping out). when I turned around, I was facing the living room. and all along the living wall were these white round lights. and they were just zipping and zooming along the wall. when I was little I described them as flash lights. like there were 20 flash lights on, and zipping from side to side.

it wasn't frightening. it was more like a wtf moment. I remember standing there forever watching these round lights along the wall. my sister was with me. and I kept waiting for her to SEE them and be shocked like me. but she went on with business as usual and it was clear she didn't see the white lights.

I found out later that although my experience was visual, my sister had an auditory experience - she heard something coming from where I saw the ghost

I don't know what could explain the white lights. I did not see 'orbs' floating around. They were like flat flash lights, only along the wall. But there was nothing behind me or outside the window that could have caused it. We lived in a dead end at the edge of a tiny forest. there was no car traffic outside for one.

I heard about the white light experience again in the early 90s when the UFO and alien phenomenon boomed again. I remember in story one lady saw the white lights like I saw them. flat in appearance and zipping all along the walls. except in her experience she thought it was being created by some alien craft outside her bedroom. she did see an alien in her experience, but her alien was also ghost like - walking through walls.

thing was, she was awoken from her sleep - which is questionable because of sleep paralysis. my experience on the other hand, happened when I opened the freezer to grab ice for my soda!

I don't know if the white lights experience is something supernatural, or some sort of stimuli response.

Besides the flat white lights zipping along the walls - people have also seen three dimensional orbs. Some people thought of their 3d orbs floating and bobbing about as spirits. Others thought of them as miniature UFOs, or even tiny alien scouting devices. More recently, some think these 3d orbs as a natural phenomenon, like the northern lights or a desert mirage. Of course there is also the matter of altered states of consciousness.

Who's to say what orbs are? Who can say all the orbs being experienced are even the same type of phenomenon? I'm not convinced they are.

Which leads me to the next bit of the article. In the article it states orbs have being around before photography existed. They are usually but not always invisible unless photographed. Some skeptics conclude it is an entirely digital phenomenon. The idea of a world wide breakout of the same digital processing malfunction across every make of camera, causing the same effects over a variety of conditions, would seem to be a lot less plausible than the more realistic view that orbs are a real phenomena worth investigating.

In 1566 a woodcut of mysterious spheres over base in Switzerland show the flying luminosity taken in the zoological gardens.

A lot of the photographs I have seen, and particularly the ones in this article. They appear behind and in front of objects and unmistakable consistent round outlines of luminosity, varies sizes resembling a pattern of spirit photography. The consistent nature of the phenomenon makes it definitely something existent rather than unexplainable camera malfunctions.

When I was little I use to see little tiny lights zipping around my room constantly before bed. When I called my parents in to see them excited they said they can not see anything and to go to bed. Yet There they were flying around them. I called them Faires.

Same in my experience. My parents could not see them.

In the article it states animals react to them. They have being observed making crop circles.

Although video footage of orbs tends to blow the dust explanation into nonexistence, especially as scientist have recently clocked orbs moving over 200mph Across a room. Dust certainly doesn't move that fast in our house.

Unfortunately, yes, it does look like dust to me. Or possibly a dirty camera lense. But you never know.

The youtube videos of the orbs traveling across the city sky and across the crop circles aren't dirty camera lenses because it's video footage in real time. I've never known a photograph to come out like that because of dirt. Why is the rest of the photograph perfectly clear except the round orbs in it. What are you looking for some impossible magical colorful radiant 3d thing? That's pretty obvious to me that it's not a regular anomaly. 3 quarters of the scientific community agree and the other quarter are hardened skeptics. It goes to show how much attention people pay when they see these photos for the first time on here and comment casually, knowing little about the subject and not having seen them before or even aware of this. But I can understand the attitude. Orbs just don't fit into the old scientific model that is rapidly in deterioration. Most agree geometrical waveforms as the basic foundation for matter is more sensible these days.
