Well from my point of veiw, the only thing violent revolutions accomplish is our current situation. The only way a violent revolution would succeed now is if you killed everyone who is ignorant. That would be a lot of fucking killing and would in essence make you the new government. You can't create freedom by controlling other people, and violnce is a form of control. I'm talking about a peaceful revolution of all people throughout the world. The goal of a peaceful revolution is to create peace. Peace cannot exist while government does.

I think that once the people see a better way, they will be smart enough to follow suit. Do you really think the revolt of the colonies against Britain had public support? At first, it began with a few brave people who could see farther ahead than most. Then once the ball started rolling, the rest of the people joined in.

Of course, I'm not talking about Ron Paul here. Ron Paul wants to fix the system from within, which would just make everything worse. But Ron Paul did get people thinking.

Well I think Ron didn't encourage a revolt of the 18th century kind because he would probably be removed from office.

The hardest part about changing the current system, is it is so corrupt and so powerful, that they can silence most people who speak the truth. The only way I see it happening is getting as many people who actually want to make the world a better place into government positions as possible, and just wait for the corrupt ones to die off and be replaced. Kind of like the plan with Fidel Castro.

People will never be free as long as there is government. The idea of government is in my opinion immoral. Government creates a situation of power, where one man has power over another, and in our current situation where the few(rich) control the many(poor). In this system of power, those with power will inevitably take advantage of those without it.

There is no need for government. There is right now because if we just got rid of it people would be too dumb to do anything other than freak out. But if we educate the people, show them that if the love each other then things will be all right, then and only then will we have world peace. People do not need to control each other in order to live in harmony. All that is needed is guidance. People are generally good. If you show them the way, they will follow. If we all worked together instead of for working for the rich we could accomplish so much more than we do now.

I agree 100% The government is only looking out for itself, and does so at the expense of those "governed"

Isn't astonishing that so many of the people in the government think that they are doing good by passing more laws and creating more beurocracy? I mean I can undertand, with how badly people are brainwashed now, but come on. I would think that once you become a part of that system you would ealize how fucked up it is. But thats what I like about Ron Paul. He would have gotten rid of a whole lotta bullshit. Well at least he would have tried to. I think that even if someone like him were elected the people that own everything would put a stop to it. The only hope are comedians like Bill Hicks and George Carlin. But since there both dead I don't know anymore. The system is fucked. We need to change the people.
