In this lesson I will cover:

MILD
DEILD
EILD
ADA
WBTB

There are many technique variations in lucid dreaming. In this lesson I will talk about some of the most common alternative techniques.

MILD:

MILD stands for, Mnemonically Induced Lucid Dream. MILD is a form of DILD. It utilizes mantras and visualization to induce lucid dreams.

DEILD:

DEILD stands for, Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream. DEILD is a form of WILD. Upon waking up from a dream, by laying still and re-entering sleep paralysis.

EILD:

EILD stands for, Externally Induced Lucid Dream, or Electrically Induced Lucid Dream. To induce an EILD use of an external, sometimes electrical device is utilized.

ADA:

ADA stands for, All Day Awareness. It is a DILD variant. The term ADA was coined by KingYoshi. ADA is the practice of being highly aware all day. This can lead to higher awareness in dreams.

WBTB:

WBTB stands for, Wake Back To Bed. WBTB is the practice of waking up in the night and then going back to sleep. DILD and WILD can both be used with WBTB.
