      Help with polyphasic sleeping schedule?

I would LOVE to either do an uberman or dymaxion, but if my schedule doesn't allow it i'd love to follow an everyman sleep.

      Here is my school schedule

      Mondays/Tuesdays

      [Per 2]8:05-9:10
      [Per 3]9:20-10:15
      [Break]10:15-10:20
      [Per 4]10:30-11:25
      [Per 5]11:35-12:30
      [Lunch]12:30-1:10
      [Per 6]1:20-2:15
      [Per 7]2:25-3:20

      Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays

      [Per 2]8:05-8:56
      [Per 3]9:06-9:57
      [Break]9:57-10:02
      [Per 4]10:12-11:03
      [Per 5]11:13-12:04
      [Per 6]12:14-1:05
      [Lunch]1:05-1:45
      [Per 7]1:55-2:46

The times I can sleep are during Per 2, Lunch, and any other that's not in school.
If someone can please help me I will be forever grateful =D

I don't think that Uberman will be too do-able with your schedule. You need to have exact nap times which doesn't seem feasible on your schedule. Your body will demand it.

      Shoot for Everyman.

And how can I do this with everyman?

Can you sleep in your school during the lunch break? If you can, you can easily schedule Everyman3 or Dymaxion without major change. Or read my idea on Everyman3 with school in this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/f41/planni...stions-124009/.

I can sleep during per 2 and lunch, but the thing is that lunch changes times on twice a week by an hour =/

Dymaxion (Four 30 minute naps every 6 hours):

      Nap 1: 8:50am to 9:10am

      Nap 2: 2:50pm to 3:10pm

      Nap 3: 8:50pm to 9:10pm

      Nap 4: 2:50am to 3:10am

There's a time conflict with Nap 2. I wouldn't recommend Dymaxion anyways, I haven't heard of very many success stories.

Everyman 4.5 (4.5hr core; Two 20 minute naps)

An example, though there are probably many better alternatives:

      Core Nap: 12:00am to 4:30am

      Nap 1: 8:10am to 8:30am

      Nap 2: 4:10pm to 4:30pm

      OR

      Mondays & Tuesdays:

      Core Nap: 2am - 6:30am

Nap 1: 12:50pm to 1:10pm (hey look, you can still eat lunch!)

      Nap 2: 7:50pm to 8:10pm

      Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays

      Core nap: 2am - 6:30am

      Nap 1: 1:25pm - 1:45pm

      Nap 2: 7:50pm to 8:10pm

The benefit of a longer core sleep is that you have more flexibility with your naps, Compared to Everyman 3 or 1.5. It's not a huge disaster to shift them around on some days. It's still going to suck, but not as much.

Everyman 3 (3 hr core; 3 twenty minute naps)

      Core: 12:30am to 3:30am

      Nap 1: 8:30am to 8:50am

      Nap 2: 3:20pm to 3:40pm

      Nap 3: 8:00pm to 8:20pm

There is a really awkward chunk of time between Nap 1 and Nap 2. I have a feeling that might hurt a little.

Honestly, there is a lot of consideration that goes into designing an Everyman schedule, so I can't really give you the perfect one. You may find that you need to move around or adjust the length of your core nap according to your natural rhythm.

Wow. Queen Zukin, you are the best. Thank you so much. I'm looking at the

Everyman 3 (3 hr core; 3 twenty minute naps)

      Core: 12:30am to 3:30am

      Nap 1: 8:30am to 8:50am

      Nap 2: 3:20pm to 3:40pm

      Nap 3: 8:00pm to 8:20pm

      and it seems amazing.
I was just wondering though, would it not be more beneficial to take the 3 hour nap from

      5:50am to 8:50am
So that I'd go to school with 3 hours of sleep rather than 20 minutes?

Do you skip your "Per 2?"

Yes, do that! It will help that wild chunk of time be more manageable.

Loool, let's keep it between you and me but Per 2 is based off of the honor system and it's a study hall. And since I'll be doing all my homework before 5:30AM, there's no need to go =PPP

I really can't thank you enough Queen Zukin

This schedule is good. You can have your core sleep before school, but it isn't necessary, because your waking time in school isn't longer than it should be. I don't have so good timetable, so I would have to schedule my core sleep before school, because the waking time would be longer there.

I was also looking at a woman's videos named Aeia (Thanks Queen Zukin) and her schedule has been
      4:40 AM
      6:40 AM
      (WORK)
      4:40 PM
      6:40 PM
      8:40 PM
      12:40 AM
which would work perfectly for me. I might be switching to that. Would there be a problem? Which would be more successful of working?

Go ahead and try it if you would like, but like I said, that gap is going to suck BIGFOOT BALLS on uberman.

      Keep me updated.

Yes, core sleep before school is good IMO.

I am afraid that 8 hours long waking time is absolute hell with uberman.
