      I spoke to soon, failed week 4 day 2. But achieved 96 in the space of about 6 minutes (4 sets total)

      How's everybody else doing?? Keep it up!

      I haven't really been keeping up on it, I think I'm gonna go back to doing sets of 20 for a while. I've been doing at least 5 sets a day and just seeing how many I can do. I think I'm gonna do that for a while then start upping it by incriments of 5.
      157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

      Yeah I'm a bit stuck on one of the days, it's probably just a mental block but I think devising my own plan might work a bit better.

      Plus I'm spending so much time studying at the moment that exercise (and lucid dreaming) is quite difficult right now.

      How's everyone else doing?

      Oh, did the velcro come undone again? Hehehe

      I'm not really slowing my pace, I'm just gonna do sets of 20 this week then try to increase it by 5 every week. Do at least 5 sets everyday, maybe rest one day a week. That's kinda what I was doing before, I'd do sets of 10 though wasn't really trying to increase the number per set, just the total.

      I just don't like the way the guy has the numbers set up, it's too jumpy.

      Man, did this thread die or something? I've been busy the last couple weeks pretty much giving up on lucid dreaming and this excersice routine. But I'm gonna bring it back! Haha 70 push ups just now, except that I'm at work so I had to stop every time someone came in asking for life jackets and stuff. Later tonight I'm gonna do it again but without stopping and see where I'm at. Does anyone else wanna keep this up with me or are we all burned out hahahaha

      Sorry man, I've been dormant on these forums for quite a while. I was busy with exams and then when they finished nearly split up with my girlfriend :/ So got a little sidetracked lol!!
      I'm getting on it as soon as I wake up tomorrow and I'll try post a little more often.

      Seems we're all a little lazy haha XD Definitely want to achieve this though!!
