Maintenance has been pretty tough, for me. I have always been a big guy, so my body wants to, naturally, gain weight fast. Sometimes just keeping the weight off is harder than losing it for short periods of time. Lol. I've been on a roll, lately, though, so all I can do is try to keep it up! I hope you do the same! |

oh yeah maintaining is always the hard part especially as you get older. i'm still young, 31yrs of age, so i know i have a few more good years left before my body naturally slows down. have you tried boxing training? in my opinion that's one of the best ways to stay in shape. a lot of people take up boxing just to get in shape. |

I still shadowbox pretty often. Used to take kung fu and muay thai. I've kept up with some self-training, over the years (which includes boxing drills), but I'm just now starting to work it back into my home workouts. When I get the extra time and money, I'd like to get back into muay thai, though! |
