      Flu help wanted

      I woke up this morning with chills, soreness, and a raging headache. After taking Tylenol, I felt better. When that wore off, the headache came back with spine pain and a small fever. I slept most of it off, but the backache and headache are sorta there still.

      Any suggestions to help me out? I don't want to use too much Tylenol.

      Make sure you continually drink fluids, getting dehydrated while having the flu is terrible. Thermaflu usually takes care of the body aches, but it tastes like ass.
