      Strange feeling when taking a nap?

      I was really tired today because I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule, and I kept almost falling asleep in the middle of the day however, everytime I would fall asleep something weird would happen and I would wake up, such as a noise that was really loud or my arm would jump which I believe was called hypnogogic something? I'm not sure that's why I'm asking.
