      Strange Feeling

Alright, so last night, I planned on getting up early to attempt to WILD.

So, I got comfortable and went to sleep. It was weird though, at one point I had this feeling, like I was conscious, but not dreaming. So when I got this feeling, I opened my eyes and I woke up. It was weird, because I wasn't in a dream, and I wasn't awake either.

It happened once or twice throughout the rest of the night. Anyone know what it was?

I've had this many times. I will just be resting, when suddenly I feel conscious. I'm not asleep or awake. Just kinda in the middle I guess lol. But if I open my eyes I go into sleep paralysis. I don't wake up.

So, the blackness right before you're in a dream? I've had this. I'd be lucid in it, then I'd wake up in my dream in my room
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Right. The blackness right before the dream. I was talkin about me.

So, you are saying, if we didn't open our eyes, we would become lucid?

No. I was asking what the strange feeling I had was. I didn't say the feeling right before I entered a dream. I wasn't attempting to WILD when this happened. I already fell asleep, then later felt the feeling before I awoke.

Oh! That's happened to me once before. Like, 2 years ago. It was a very weird feeling.

Don't you just call this being half-asleep? It happens to me every time I wake up, and every time I go to sleep. I thought this was common.

You know you're asleep, but not having a dream right?

Well then why are you looking at this thread? You don't just go around threadjacking people and talk about whatever you want. If you want to talk to LDS, you should do it in PM form.

Damn dude, calm down. I was just asking lucidreamsavy if we didn't open our eyes during this conscious feeling, then we would become lucid. I have the same feeling as you do, but when I open my eyes I get SP. I wasn't going off topic or anything.
