      Subconscious is blank

      I had a pretty troubling dream a while back, wonder if anyone can relate. A friend of mine passed a way recently and I keep seeing him in my dreams.

      The 4-5th time he appeared he tried to convince me that he wasn't dead and I kept telling him how he was. He kept coming up with different reasons why he wasn't dead and they didn't make any sense... eventually the DC/friend stopped responding to my questions. Is this my subconscious completely freezing up as no new material is coming through?

      Anyone else experienced this? I've had other dreams too where i've been questioning a DC and they've just stared at me blankly... its quite shocking at first.

      also what does this mean to keep seeing my friend?

      Your friend is a symbol for an aspect of your personality. It's based on the one thing about him that stands out the most to you. Your argument with him is a symbol for you having an internal debate with this personality trait. It sounds like this part of you doesn't want to accept something or move on in you waking life.

      actually your friend was just very dear to you, and since he has gone your missing him, so your SC just made him pop up
      it happens to alot of people, if there friend/relative dies they will appear in their dream months or years afterwards
      They say dreaming is dead, no one does it anymore.
      It's not dead it's just that it's been forgotten, removed from our language.
      Nobody teaches it so nobody knows it exists.
      The dreamer is banished to obscurity.
