I usually just have visual hallucinations with my eyes closed and they're easy to pull out of. The first time was caused by intense emotions and worry which suddenly felt resolved after the experience. Another one happened because somebody suggested that I try to OBE by picturing myself out of my body and I think I just became so disconnected from my environment that I started hallucinating about a girl searching for her murdered little sister.

This all sounds so exciting though!
Oh and I loved the orgy transformation part.
