A pain in a dream turning real

I gona tell you about this dream I had yesterday. It was a non-lucid dream. I was dreaming about saving someone from something, I cant remember what it was but it was some kind of acident. Then I wonded myself doing it, I had a cut on my left leg. I had to recieve treatment in my dream, and the cut was about 6cm so I had to recieve stiches. I felt the pain in my leg as well as the stiches and the numb feel, I tried to walk and felt that weird impression and was really afraid the cut would open again. Then suddenly I woke up, but I was still feeling the pain and the weird feeling in my leg, so I put my hand in my leginstinctivly and the pain was exacly where I had the cut in my dream. The pain passed after a few secodns though. what happned?

That's pretty strange. I can't explain it but a few people here have said to have woken up with bruises from where they were hurt in dreams!

Sometimes dream pain just carries over into the real world. Because if you don't know that your dreaming then you think that it is real. I once had a dream that I was shot in the stomach and when I woke up I atcually felt the heat of the gun on my stomach.
