Thread: Had the exact dream I had years ago

Just signed up for this site after having a weird dream, wondering if anyone can explain or has had anything similar happen. I normally don't remember my dreams very well, but this one was weird because I had a dream almost exactly similar when I was young, and just remembered it after having this one.

I was driving a car up this steep hill, then I was driving it along a weird offroad type course, right near the edge of a cliff. If the car went over the side I was dead. There was no road, I was going over holes, driving off big branches, there was a car ahead of me that I was following and copying every exact inch of the path it took. It was like driving through a forest obstacle course. There were even huge gaps I had to jump the car over.

After getting back onto a road somehow, I get out of the car and walk down a hill and hop a fence into an older woman's backyard. I go through the backyard and past her house, she's unpacking groceries or something from the back of her car out front. I steal a bottle of tylenol (I think) from her trunk that's wide open, she sees me do this and runs inside.

I keep walking down the street, and I go into another house that's wide open, the trunk of the car outside is wide open, the windows are all open, the door is wide open. There's noone inside. Every cupboard is wide open. I don't remember seeing or taking anything, but when I walk back outside, the woman's son from the last house is on the driveway. I can tell he's about to fight me but I try to walk by and ignore him. He sprints at me cocking his fist, he gets right up and is about to knock me out when i yell "WAIT!". I start explaining something, and somehow talk my way out of it. I can't remember anything either of us said.

He lets me go and I'm now on rollerskates and start going further down the road, but the road is just a big circle now, there's no way to get out. I feel trapped. I do a full circle on the blades around the road, and when I come back around there's a park all of the sudden. I go across the park and find another road, then wake up.

I had almost the exact same dream when I was probably about 15 but without the first car part, I'm 21 now. Normally I can remember a few small details from dreams, but I can remember this one like it was real life, every single detail.

Any signs that anyone can recognize from this, anyone had similar dreams?
