It sounds plausible. We repeat mantras to try and become lucid or remember our dreams. So if we have this image, and constantly think about it as we fall asleep, it would work. It's sort of the VILD technique, I think. |

It's possible, the same way that if I spend a lot of time playing a video game before bed one of my dreams may have components of that game in it. Same with movies you watch, television, books you read, and so on. It just might take a few attempts before the thoughts stick with you and make enough of an impression for them to pop up after your 4 hours of stage one/two and d-wave sleep. |
