Need help in interpreting this dream.

Hi, I seriously need help in interpreting this dream as it is bothering me since I woke up early this morning. I only saw flashes and flashes of the dream. First part of flashes of the dream: I remembered I was "somehow" being forced to marry an unknown guy. I was in my own living room and I saw this guy. I can't remembered the people that were presented at the living room but I knew I know them. There is no wedding ceremony. Second part of the flashes of the dream: The next moment, I was throwing up at the toilet bowl and this guy was standing behind me, patting my back. And I'm pregnant with his baby. Third part: I was with him in my boyfriend's house. I believed is my boyfriend's house because that I saw the photo frame I placed it in my boyfriend's house. Fourth part: I was crying and blaming him and asking him. Why did you choose me to be your wife, why is it me, not others? Cant you see I'm very unhappy? He hugged me very tightly. He said, I'm sorry for all these. That's all I dreamed. I can remember his face vividly since I woke up. His features and his sad emotional expressions in his face. The feelings and the touches of him are so real. His occupation is a doctor. I don't know why I know he is a doctor because he is wearing casual wear at all times. Can anyone advise what does this mean?
