      Poor dream recall

      I'm getting fed up with my poor dream recall...

      It's just not lately. During the past 2 years, I've got 8 dreams that I remembered upon waking up. 3 of those were lost in haste to get to school for waking up too late.

      The last 2 happened last month.

      I just can't recall my dreams, at all. When I wake up in the morning, I sit a while in bed trying to remember what I was dreaming about. No luck.

      What should I do?

      Help appreciated.

      What I like to try is that method of setting your alarm for mid REM. You should hopefully wake up during a dream and therefore it will be alot more vivid and easier to remember.

      Did you try experimenting with some supplements? Vitamin B6, bananas, milk, peanut butter, apple juice...I don't remember all of them, look it up in this forum.
