What I like to try is that method of setting your alarm for mid REM. You should hopefully wake up during a dream and therefore it will be alot more vivid and easier to remember. |

Did you try experimenting with some supplements? Vitamin B6, bananas, milk, peanut butter, apple juice...I don't remember all of them, look it up in this forum. |
