Thread: Dreams shouldn't be like this...

I've had this lots of times, and it is a very intriguing experience. Sometimes it is in association with taking a drug (in my dream), and sometimes it is not.
I had never considered that others might feel this way in their dreams, and this fascinates me.
It's almost creepy. lol

There is a purpose to lucid dreaming. A great deal of psychological manipulation takes place of which it is difficult to make sense of because we are not aware of our own shortcommings.

Yeah I have dreams where I take drugs all the time. Too often in fact. Shooting up haunts my dreams. I think your brain mimicks how you feel (or expect to feel) in a certain drug induced state.

It is in my Langauge and Experience. Too much to go into here--except in the bits and pieces I do. Suffice it to say, that the mind of man has a real job to do. Man is not alone in brining it unto its own.

I'm really interested in what you think philosopher. What do you mean man is not alone in bring it unto its own?
