You can wild without SP. SP happens because it uses a form of self hypnosis. If you learn to disregard your body, you can wild without SP. Let your body go to sleep naturally. Focus on the images in your mind, just watching them, what ever they be, concentrate on one spot, or imagine yourself simply walking in the dark. Also, one can use star field and concentrate only on the center. Things like that. The trick is, let the awareness of your body go, let it do its own thing.

This does not change the fact that as you transcend, you will experience what are call hallucinations. I just classify them as part of the lucid process and don't give them a distinct name.

Every night when you are dreaming you go through sleep paralysis. It is something natural that occurs while dreaming.

Don't be afraid of it! I've only experienced it fully on one occasion... What I would suggest doing if this occurs, is just try to slip into a dream. When in sleep paralysis, it is an optimum time to attempt a lucid dream!

The only thing that can hurt you is your own fear Good luck!
