Hi guys, I recently bumped into an app called Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock. Basically what it is intended to do is monitor you while your sleeping using the iphones accelerometer and wake you up in the lightest sleep possible to help you wake up refreshed, but the thing I figured would help some of you guys out is each night it keeps a chart of your sleeping pattern showing when your in light sleep and in deep sleep. I figured with this chart it would help some people to figure out when they are in REM so you would be able to set a alarm to help wake during dreaming and help beginners, like me, with there recall.
