Question does anyone use this thing as self-help

no not like making fun of your boss as stress reduction

      examples:
you have to give a speech, you have anxiety, so you go and LD the whole room and imagine the public as having mickey mouse heads and you try out several versions of your speech

anyone something similar with a more pragmatic view???
      dream goals:
[ ] - sail with the Black Perl to Hoghwarths and show my magic wand to Hermione aaarrrrrrrrr
[ ] - turn into Chuck Norris, kick Justin Bieber into a large pit, while shouting "shut the f*ck uuuuuuuuuupppp"
[ ] - meet the Sasquatch and ask him to pick my stocks, then crash the economy
[ ] - find my virginity to avoid the piranhas on the escalator and get probed by aliens

When or if I start LDing regularly I'm going to try to use it to resolve some issues and see how it goes. I think the common way to use it is, for example, if you're being chased by some dream monster that represents some problem in your life, you confront it and fight it or ask it what's wrong or something. People also use LDs for practice like you said. I really wish I was having LDs a lot so I could try it.

and I got this idea recently

LD out, hallucinate a computer, then type in "wtf do I do?"

would you get specific results, or will it be like random things?

mickey mouse making you sandwich and that turns into a flying saucer and other such stuff?
