      Problems with Drean Recall

Lately I've had problems recalling dreams. I usually stay in bed and try to piece together all the dream before writing them down but now it just goes. Any help would be great.

It's not your problem, it's natural that dreams are forgotten when you wake up for all.

You cannot recall OR remember 100% of dreams.

The best thing you could do is keep a pen and paper by your bedside and each morning when you wake up you must write it quick lest you forget.

You may even use symbols and hyroglyphics or drawings as an aid to recall.

      Good luck!
