What it that, in my dream journal?!

Hello awesome dreamers. :3

Okay, I've wrote about my sleepwalking, and that I am "awake" when I'm sleeping, and can talk and turn my alarm off and flip out (yeah, I know

).
But this is new.. (I've tried it 1 time before)

This morning, when I woke up, I found 2 dreams in my dreamjournal, I didn't knew. First I did a RC, but it wasn't a dream. I really can't remember I wrote it! I'm doing it while dreaming.
And it doesn't make sence AT ALL. Sometimes (I write in Danish, off course) I go from Danish to English. I can write about 10 different things in it. Huh..

It's a good dream recall (haha, writing dreams down while dreaming them), but I'm a little bit scared.. It's scary to know, that your brain lives your life while sleeping, and you don't know what it's going to do or say, and you can't control it.

I don't think anything can help, I guess I just need to know, about there's someone out there, sitting with the same problem?

Huh - writing in Danglish?

Are you sure you didn't just wake up and write it then fall back asleep and completely forget? Apparently we do this all the time (I mean, not writing in a dream journal, but wake up and not remember at all in the morning).

to add to Darkmatters's post about not remembering, I have in the past woken my little brother up for a few minutes and had a conversation with him, then he falls back asleep and forgets the conversation entirely.

I'm just pretty sure, that it isn't whats going on.
When I'm e.g. talk with someone, I can be mad. And talk like I was in a dream, and nothing makes sence.

Whoah!! Really freaky stuff!!

I've heard of sleepwalking and sleeptalking, but never sleepjournaling!! You need to set up a motion-activated infrared security camera so you can watch what you did the next day.

Haha, yeah!

I've thought about that. Once I asked my brother and my friend to keep an eye on me, and I even had a password, to check if I was sleeping.

Guess what.. I said the password WHILE sleeping.

Well wait - if you can do THAT - that means doing something in waking life over and over imprinted it in your mind and you did it while sleeping. So you should be able to use a mantra to get lucid.

I notice it says you've only had 1 lucid dream, that's why I mention this.

Yeah, but when I did that, I didn't knew about lucid dreaming.

When I read your post I checked the blank dream journal that I bought weeks ago but haven't written in, almost afraid. But there was nothing there.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!?

The last many nights, I've been talking with my dad! He just told me! Yeah, when he said it, I remember it as a far dream. I sat up in my bed, and trying to hit a "spider" on my bed. My dad asked "What's going on?" and I answer "There's a spider right there!" but there isn't any spider.
And then I go back to sleep.

Why can't I just sleep like other normal people?

hey its normal but usuallt the other way , i mean many times when i wake up at night and intend to write down something my brains fools me 100ù that i did it whilst i didnt and im sure yure like my bro who always wake up go to his mom s roo and sleep but doesnt remember about it even if he goes to pee and many ppl hallucinate things just after waking up you know
