      Shuffled (or non shuffled) Music

      So, I generally have a tendency to listen to music on shuffle with my headphones on when I go to sleep. Many times I will wake up with my headphones still on, listening to whatever has managed to come on.

      This morning I woke up with no recollection of any of my dreams, and I was curious about something that came to mind.

      Has anyone tried simply hitting the back button on their mp3 player or whatever when they wake up?

      When I hit the back button this morning, I could hear songs that I remembered from my dreams. So when I heard the songs that I remembered from during the night, I could remember parts of my dreams.

      Does anyone else have experience with this working?

      I am going to have to try this. I've fallen asleep listening to music before and had effects in my dreams. I like to think of the fuzzy details when I hear them sometimes. But I find sleeping to music hard most the time.
