I need your help guys. I think I've got pretty quick the meaning of WILD. I have attempted it once and I was pretty much sure that it partly worked. I am always thinking of that SP thingy. I think I know how to induce a SP before sleeping. The symptoms when I've tried it were the following:
- Increased heart beat rate.
My heart was pulsing as hell although it wasn't from panic. I just didn't control it though.
- I felt something like a small earthquake under my body.
It was like lying on the sea and the waves crossing you, I liked that feeling.
- My right hand got completely heavy, although, I could snap out of it if I wanted to but I didn't.
- I didn't notice any visual/auditory hallucinations.
The general experience was quite awesome.
Now the drawback:
- The most comments that I've heard about SP are completely nasty and they scare the crap out of me. Although I am completely physically and mentally prepared, I still have some fears about the whole SP episodes. Can I actually close my eyes when SPing so I wont see anything? I don't mind hearing sounds though (or I am just saying this because I haven't been into any real SP situation before).
Some additional stuff that I want to mention. I didn't have any SP issue before, I don't have any epilepsy history and generally I am OK. At least I don't have any noticeable health/physical/mental problems. I can completely apprehend almost everything and of course concentrate on that. I have read a topic on how to deal with SP. It says that if you have any hallucinations, just let them go. Will it be that simple?
Last question, does SP have to be necessarily creepy? If yes, can I do something for it?
