I tend to interpret more of my lucid dreams than non-lucids. I feel that I can somewhat understand my non-lucids after doing constant dream journalling because they're usually a reflection of happenings in real life or what I want. I can understand the meaning of my dream on the surface, however I'm not too sure about the deeper meaning of my dreams. |

This is a really good question because personally I like dreams to be as natural as possible without me having to do anything to conjure up a meaningful dream, a lucid dream or any dream that gives me good productive energy. Yet I've found that practice does make the difference, and using techniques to develop energy within dreams also makes a difference. So often times I do try to do certain techniques and give my dreams energy, quite often through music and meditating to what I'd like to dream about. There is a fine line on what I try to do because like I say, I try to make them as natural as possible but having certain things that you do does help a lot. |

I like to track my dreams down to the point where they come from. |
