Fed Up
This has got to be the most frustrating thing for me of late.
In one of the dreams I had last night, I questioned whether or not I was dreaming. I did a reality check, and guess what happened! My finger did not go through my palm. Despite the fact that this was the reality check I used the last time that I attained lucidity, this time it did not work, and I said that I was not dreaming, even through I was in the same dreamscape that I had been in the dream I had the previous night! Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks:}

I've teleported a couple of times before. Only lucidly, though.

Any time you think you are dreaming try that and imagine it happening. I use fire. If you can teleport, then it is a dream. RC failed
.
One thing about teleporting is that you can lose lucidity from it, so say to yourself "this is a dream" or "I'm dreaming" during this.
I actually had a little while where almost every dream I had was centered around lucid dreaming, but I never realized I was dreaming.
