I don't know why but I had a dream that I was high , and I had very little balance and the room was spinning . Has anyone else had some type of experience like this? |

Yes. In my dream I took shrooms, and it turned into a nightmare. |

I used to do opiates, and I had a transcendentally nightmarish dream while doing them in my dream, where I fly through levels of my psyche and become more and more disturbed and uncomfortable as I go deeper. I've only had one, though. |

i smoke/drink almost in every one of my dreams. although i have never felt effects from doing so, my dream just resumes as a normal. |

The first step to making a dream come true is to wake up!
I've never been high in real life, so I don't have a point of reference. |
|
Every drug I've ever taken in real life, I've been able to "take" in my dreams with similar if not identical effects. |
|
its happened to me a few times, but i think it's a placebo thing. the lsd stored in your spine thing is just a myth. there's no evidence to support that myth, and i have absolutely no idea how it became so widespread. |

Its an easy thing to believe, LSD over a long time can cause some interesting psychosomatic effects- like those LSD flashbacks. |

Yeah...that's complete bullshit being spread by anti-drug activists. No traces of LSD or any other drug get "left behind" after a trip. What you experienced is known as a flashback, and it can result usually from PTSD from a bad trip or HPPD (hallucination persisting perception disorder), which is when you can see visuals from the trip days, weeks, or even years afterwards. HPPD is caused by the massive rewiring that can occur in the visual cortex after a series of powerful trips. HPPD is harmless, albeit annoying for some people. |
