How to Dream in High Definition

      Alright so....

I always have trouble sleeping so I started taking melatonin before going to bed. As a result of this, I've noticed that because the melatonin I've been having very vivid and interesting dreams. I've also noticed that I wake up right after having a dream, so I end up waking up frequently each night. Also, the amount of nightmares I'm having has increased.

So I took it a step further last night.

I decided to take one melatonin pill as well as about 500 mg of choline right before I went to sleep.

(Keep in mind that I'm super lazy, so I don't do any reality checks, and I rarely dream journal. In actuality, I haven't lucid dreamed in a long time.)

      IT WAS FRIGGIN AWESOME.

I became lucid twice last night. It was amazingly realistic and stable. It was incredible. Everything was clear. It was just like real life, only I could fly.

And then my dreams, the non-lucid ones, they were VERY vivid and very awesome.

      It was cool.

So, just saying... Y'all should totally try it.

You've stumbled into two supplements that have been well known for a long, long time to give you vivid (and often lucid) dreams I'm sure you probably had the supplements after already knowing that they were beneficial for dreaming, but a lot of people do say the mix benefits them a lot.

Personally I've never used any supplements - I'd rather try and nail it myself

The only three supplements I use regularly are melatonin, choline, and galantamine. If I overdo it on the melatonin, I don't dream at all.

Cool, although personally I find the quality of a dream is down to how much you can recall.

I've had luck with choline, but when I finally get up in the morning, I don't feel well rested. I feel like I have a slight hangover.

How did you feel after getting up in the morning?

Can I go to a local CVS/Walgreens and get some choline/galantamine or do I have to get this stuff online? I would so love to try these two.

I thought that melatonin makes you have more deep dreamless sleep, not sure really?

I think so. I bought mine at GNC.
