Exclamation Idk how to explain this or what to call it

So first off merry Christmas to everyone. Anyways last night I tried to sleep took a few melotonins and I started to see things through my eyes very strange anyways I couldn't truly fall asleep so I moved to the couch and that's where
It started it was 3 am I fell asleep the dream is blurry but imagine false awakenings and sleep paralysis and nightmares rapid fire over n over for an hour I must of had ten of each I actually was starting to worry but the nightmares would start
And within a minute I would hear screaming like a name or die ad I would feel a hand around my neck or feet or back pushing and pulling me away and I would wake up sweating one time my mom grabbed
My hand and i said i cant see u and i hear her voice change and it yells COME NOW. the worst part was how badly i could feel it i swear i felt the "dream" Drag me away like i already said by the hand feet neck etc. I kinda like scary shit and I'm a lucid dreamer in practice so I figured I could change one of these to a lucid like I had read I came close but I failed and I would have these nightmares then I would awake then (false)awake then awake then nightmare then sleep paralysis it was so strange and thrilling and slightly unnerving anyways sorry this is so long bit of a bad description but its very hard to explain and it felt very real. All this happened from 3-4 am anyways someone tell me something similar experiences or advice on changing nightmare and sp into Lucids....thanks....happy new year
Shoot me in the heart, I want to feel death take me.

It can be because you took too many melatonin pills and had a little stress. But that is just my theory, don't accept it seriously.

Yeah, try lowering the dosage next time. When you get those crazy scary hallucinations, try to remain calm and think they're all in your head and it wont physically hurt you. As for turning nightmares into lucids, I guess you should just keep doing reality checks and amp up your awareness so you have better chances for lucidity. Good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
