I've had some very weird experiences with sleep paralysis, and I decided to post them here as not all of them are WILD.

The only times I have ever gone into sleep paralysis:
1) Laying on my back in one position for very extended periods of time, in surplus of an hour
2) Waking up and then going back to sleep without moving
3) The most troubling, going from a dream into hypnogogia

The one that made me post this today somewhat disturbed me. I was in a dream where I had a vague suspicion I was dreaming, but was not lucid. I was in my house and went to my bedroom door to go into my bedroom. As soon as I opened the door, all light disappeared and I felt sucked inward. Then the intense part of sleep paralysis. I felt as though I was being thrown through a wind tunnel. Vibrations through my whole body, and somehow at the same time felt like there was an earthquake or explosion in my bed. Very unpleasant.

I was just curious to hear about other stories or information of waking up into sleep paralysis, instead of the traditional method here of incubating it whilst falling asleep.
