      A Strange Question

First of all I want to excuse for my not perfect english, I am not an native english-speaker, but I will try my best.

      What happened:
So it happened to me last night, that I could sleep as long as I wanted, I had nothing to do in the Morning, so I slept for a very long time, first I slept about 8/9 hours straight and I don't remember the dream I had. After that I woke up for some minutes turned around again and slept for another hour, I remember the dream I had. I woke up again and the same pattern continued for a while, just the intervals of beeing awake and sleeping got shorter every time, it was like i slept/dreamed for some minutes and were awake for seconds. When I finally decided to get up, it was really strange, i was almost unable to get up, it was a feeling like beeing pullend back, and when I got up I almost fell asleep again. It was really uncomfortable and I am scared that it could happen again. It never happened before.

      Maybe some additional Information:
      - I am not a lucid dreamer, I never practiced it and I am not able to control my dreams.
      - I dream mostly unrealistic things, in my dreams there appear Orcs or I have superpowers. And I dream extremely rare of places I know or things that I would consider "realistic" as long as I remember.
      - I enjoy dreaming a lot, I really do, because it is like an movie right in my head, and I never know what will happen in my dreams

      I am seeking:
      - Maybe there are other People who experienced the same Thing?
      - Advice what I should do if it happens again.

If you sleep too much you can make yourself very exhausted. I believe this is what happened to you. Your body was too tired to get up, and your mind was too tired to force your body to move. When I sleep in late I feel similar. Or if I sleep at an odd time, like 4am-2pm or something.

I'm not an expert though, just giving my opinion. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Thank you for your answer I feel better know. I did Not know you can become exhausted from sleeping, I always thought that sleeping regenerates your Body Instead of exhausting

I agree with this answer. Sleep is very much tied to rhythm and pattern. If it gets out of synch, strange things happen.
---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.

Sleeping 6-8 hours is healthy. Adding another hour can sometimes helps, and taking an hour away won't hurt you. I would recommend trying 8 hours of sleep every night for a month and making sure you have plenty of water. 80% of the time you are tired it is because you are dehydrated. Sleeping won't help that. The rest of the time it is normally from lack of sleep, and there is a small percentage of the time that it is from overwork. Stress and worrying are normally results in exhaustion.
