I so don't get why I am having nightmare's like every night for three year's. Now I have had some night's of rest and all is dandy but, For about the last month I have had nightmares like every night....They have me thinking and obsessing whether there just my sub conscience.....My psych med's or just the devil....These three things go around my head each morning I wake up and I feel the same anxiety I felt in my dream's....Some dream's have been so traumatizing that I get scared to go back asleep or fear that I will have a reoccuring dream of something awful I saw....Either way...you can notice that I'm not happy about dreaming.
