      What the frak!

      I so don't get why I am having nightmare's like every night for three year's. Now I have had some night's of rest and all is dandy but, For about the last month I have had nightmares like every night....They have me thinking and obsessing whether there just my sub conscience.....My psych med's or just the devil....These three things go around my head each morning I wake up and I feel the same anxiety I felt in my dream's....Some dream's have been so traumatizing that I get scared to go back asleep or fear that I will have a reoccuring dream of something awful I saw....Either way...you can notice that I'm not happy about dreaming.

      Do you try lucid dreaming? It really is one of the best problem solvers for nightmares. I know it can scary to try confront your fears in a normal dream no to mention lucidity but it can really help you. If your subconscious is plaguing you the best the way to find out will be to ask it.
      Another benefit is that nightmares are really easy to become lucid from, the fear and adrenaline from a nightmare are often just enough to turn me lucid.

      Ya I have have a semi lucid dream's when I have nightmare's. It's like I am able to know where I am, then all of a sudden the dream makes like a maze for me to walk thru...I can bust thru wall's and whatever but, The dream itself will try to fight with me when I become lucid....Like last night I had this dream that instead of screwing up my life from the age of 18 to 21 I was in Nashville living with my dad but I knew already that I screwed up my life and the second chance was spoiled because I could never repair the damage to myself. Even if I was givin a second chance, it would never satifie me ever.
