There's no need to write down the entire dreams as paragraphs. Use multiple paragraphs instead. Separate them where you would if you were writing a story. Whenever one scene or train of thought is over, start a different paragraph, usually after a few sentences. Scene changes and streams of thought in dreams can be a little odd, the boundaries aren't always obvious, so just separate them wherever seems right to you.
It's unnecessary to spend too much time writing dreams down when you first wake up. You can even write them down in point form, or with terrible grammar and typos. Because, when you first wake up, you're still trying to remember the dreams. If you find the memories may be fading, it's most important to record the content as quickly as possible. Then, if you'd like to improve the quality, you can always edit it some time afterward.
