      Mental block

Hi, this is my first thread, question, and time here.
So i was wondering. I sometimes have problems visualising things before sleeping, i can visualise fine but when i get to a certain visualisation, it kinda disappear or its out of proportion or blurred etc...
Ive always been a person that puts my work first and leisure activities last.
So i was wondering what that was about and please help me.

      Examples:
      My hearts desire.
      Fictional characters.
      My deepest darkest secret.
My experience of temporal insanity (kidding)
      And others

      Thanks

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

I moved your thread to General dreams. But if you are asking about visualizing for Lucid Dreams, let me know and I'll move it.

Some people are better at visualizing than others. I love daydreaming, but I can never see the images. It's just all in my head.

But when I'm falling asleep and I'm thinking about something, anything, let's say events of the past day, I notice, that as I get closer to fallling asleep, I see images. It can be a sudden flash of an image. Usually unrelated to what I'm thinking about. But if you get good at it, you may be able to "see" what you desire. Later these images may change into moving pictures. This is when most of the people are either already asleep, or just about. But if you are lucid dreamer, you can stay conscious during this and enter these movies (dreams) and be in a lucid dream.

If this is not what you asked about, please clarify. Happy dreams (and visuals)
