dreaming about my boyfriend and his girl "friend"

hello, i have this dream problem, i always dream about my boyfriend's friend, she is a girl, my boyfriend told me that they are just friends, they became friends when my boyfriend and i part our ways before. but now they are not talking since me and my boyfriend become ok. so heres my dreams., the first time i dream about them is that, the girl came at our province to talk to my boyfriend and tell him to be with her, and they become together, my boyfriend leave me because of her i got angry to her and hurt her, i am very angry at my dream. because of that dream everytime i see unfamiliar face of a girl i always remember that girl and my dream. my latest dream about them is like that also but different scenario, the girl come to our province to tell my boyfriend that she loves my boyfriend, i talk to the girl at first and tell her to leave us alone because we are now happy, but she don't listen to me and she say that she loves my boyfriend. and i hurt her because i am very angry to her, i am very angry to my dream. and after that i woke up and when i sleep again, my dream continued. i dream that they are together but they say they are just friends, then in my dream i also saw them sleeping together in the same bed and hugging each other. because of that dream i feel like i will be crazy anytime, i feel sick evertime i remember that dream ( everytime it hits my mind, i cry and afraid that it will happen. its 7months ago when they end they communication. my boyfriend and i is at our 3rd year relationship..

Hi. I know how strong feelings are in dreams, trust me, if there are emotions in a dream, they sometimes last for days after the dream. The only thing I can tell is that, the dream is just kind of "mirror" of your mind. It means you are thinking too much about your BF breaking up / cheating with you. I would suggest you to talk about this with him, it will definitely help. Also try not to think about it (i know it's hard) or at least think about something else. Also if you look at this dream as "nightmare" you could use lucid dreaming as cure. Anytime you see anything that disturbs you in dream, you could use it as dream sign and go lucid. When you're lucid you can change the mood of dream (so it will probably last even after waking up and you will feel better), and relax as you wish.
