My Impression of this goes something like this. I dont know even know what weed on means, so I pass that one. But you mentioned that he in the dream was to "quick" for you to even know whats happened. Im thinking that the quickness wich made you confused. Could represent the feelings of confusions you feel, because of not knowing what his intentions really are with the flirting. Your feelings could represent and make the sex part going. On the other hand, you also seems to feel that this is not something that should be going on. So I get the impression that you try to do your best to supress these feelings too, since you dont know anything about what he's intention could be. So you're in a kind of bind of flirting, and no flirting feelings at the same time as I see this. And that get's very confusing for the subconscious, indeed!

You mention that the room had a very high ceiling with many big windows too. I believe that this is what you're subconcious is representing as you're feelings for your private space, while taking a big risk of flirting openly when you also at the same time feel like keeping it a secret. The big room could possibly be that big, since you might feel a bit uncomfortable if these feelings would be noticed by anyone at you're job. And the chance that someone notice you two flirting might be a high risk. So that could be explaining of the big windows that anyone who feel to look thru, might do. The thing that the guy you were with changed to someone else, could much possibly be that you're feeling of importance to not getting caght with the guy at your job. So as soon as you're subconcious felt that you were about to get caught with this guy. Then the subconscious just changed the guy that represent you're feelings, to another guy, too keep the secret, secret. Wich means that it does do it's job, and dont expose you're deepest feelings.

I hope this makes sence. Well this is at least what I can get out of it. So I hope I didn't say anything offensive since sex and feelings in combination, is kind of senitive stuff for most people.

sorry for the English words - weed on means urinate. And I have just thought that in the animal world some animals urinate on their mate or their space to keep others away. It's alright, I only learned a new meaning of weed my guess was actually that it could be peeing or urinating, but I wasn't exactly sure. I think that you're idea of this as marking territory is a really good idea about what it could turn out to mean. An other impression that I could see in this, could also mean that because you was disgusted and confused with what he was doing to you first, and then after. That could be a sign of the confusion of the subconsious mind. That sees the situation as first pleasant(sex) to swich in to confusion by the means of that it at the same time dont want this flirting to go on.(rejection feeling)And makes It into the situation "Is he only making he's terriory with all this flirting." So there seems to be two sides of feelings battling each other at the same time. The strongest will probably win, but get disturbed by the other weaker one. So this dream could be a potential pointer to make a decision, in what direction you might accept you're feelings to go by.

I would always get so pissed off when I had dreams like that only to wake up and find out it was a dream.
